Policies and procedures

All events have a five hour minimum with no maximum. After the five hour minimum clients will be charged in half hour increments. Photography, Video and Wedding officiants are worked directly with the client on a per job basis. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Credit cards and checks  are accepted for the deposit. At the end of the event payment is due with check or cash paid to the supervisor. With prior arrangements for the balance of the party and gratuity can we put on the credit card. Cancellations are accepted with 72 hours notice. Failure to give 72 hours notice will require the deposit to be nonrefundable. 20% gratuity is recommended.
