About us

Welcome to We Help You Host. Our goal is to make your event easy and enjoyable, and as worry free as possible. We have been planning events for over 20 years. We are here to help on all levels, from planning your event to staffing it. We have highly trained Party Planners, Chefs, Bartenders, Waite staff, Photographers, Videographers, and Wedding officiant’s. We provide service for all types of events.

Providing services for all types of events.

Waitstaff

Duties of our wait staff include, Table and buffet set-up and break down. Serving food, beer and wine.

All around Helper

Duties include, Table and buffet set-up. Set-up and break down of tables. Serving food, beer and wine. Heating of food And light food prep. Bar back.

Bartender

Mix cocktails, create cocktails upon request, manage portions and will not over pour, and manage your guests intake. Our Bartenders assist our staff with clean up as well when needed.

Chef

Our chefs can plan your menu or prepare your menu. All prep and cooking will be done in your home, or on site. They will serve and clean up. We can shop for you at an additional cost.

Chef Assistant

Duties include Assisting our Chef or the client. Food prep, warming, plating, and serving. They assist with clean up.

Griller

Our grillers will prepare and grill your food to perfection. We will also assist with all-around help.

How much staff will I need?

In general you would need one all-around helper for 20 people depending on the party and what needs to be done. For instance if you have 45 people and you want a griller we would recommend two all around helpers plus a griller.
