How much staff will I need?
In general you would need one all-around helper for 20 people depending on the party and what needs to be done. For instance if you have 45 people and you want a griller we would recommend two all around helpers plus a griller.
Do you have a mixologist on staff?
Yes our head bartender is a mixologist as well. She can customize drinks for your party.
How much experience does your photographer have?
Our photographer has over 35 years experience in the field. He can do anything from Weddings, Parties, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs as well as Family Portraits.
Does your videographer shoot and edit?
Are videographer shoots and edits all of his own work.
Does WHYH Carry insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured.
How will the staff be dressed?
Our staff dresses according to the event if have a more formal event they would be wearing a long black sleeve dress shirt with a tie and black pants. And more casual event would be a black polo shirt with black pants.
What size of events do you do?
We do all sizes of events from five people to 200 people depending on your needs.
Watch areas do you working?
We service Los Angeles county, Ventura county, orange county, Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas.
What kind of ceremonies does your wedding officiant preform?
Our wedding officiant perform all wedding ceremonies religious and nonreligious each ceremony is personalize it a couple.
Is there a minimum amount of hours?
There is a five hour minimum for our Helpers and Bartenders services. Photography, Video and Wedding officiants are worked directly with the client on a per job basis.
